The VHM AE32327-C 11.00cc cylinder head insert<\/strong> is an optional high-compression combustion chamber developed for Yamaha YZ125 and Fantic XX125 motorcycles equipped with the VHM AA33203 cylinder head.<\/p>\n

Compared with the standard AE32327-F 11.40cc VHM insert<\/strong>, the smaller 11.00cc combustion chamber increases the compression ratio and shifts the engine character toward stronger low- and mid-range torque. This improves acceleration, throttle response, and corner-exit drive, while the trade-off is reduced over-rev and top-speed potential.<\/p>\n

The insert features an 11.00cc combustion chamber volume<\/strong>, -0.10 mm piston height<\/strong>, 1.00 mm squish<\/strong>, a Flat Top 12\u00b0 chamber profile<\/strong>, and a \u00d854 mm bore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

VHM\u2019s interchangeable combustion chamber system allows the insert to be changed quickly without replacing the complete cylinder head, making it possible to adapt compression and engine response to different fuel qualities, track conditions, and elevations.<\/p>\n

VHM specifically recommends using the insert chart as a general guideline<\/strong> when selecting the appropriate combustion chamber. When the VHM cylinder head is used together with a VHM CDI CD020422 or CD020426<\/strong>, the dedicated second insert chart should be followed because the ignition setup changes the recommended chamber selection.<\/p>\n

Because AE32327-C is a higher-compression option, VHM recommends using high-quality fuel with suitable resistance to detonation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The insert is precision-engineered for the VHM AA33203 cylinder head<\/strong> and features an engraved part-number reference for easy identification during engine setup and servicing.<\/p>\n

This insert does not fit the OEM cylinder head and must be used with the VHM AA33203 head.<\/strong><\/p>\n
