The VHM AE32170-C 4.00cc cylinder head insert<\/strong> is an optional high-compression combustion chamber developed for KTM 50 SX, Husqvarna TC 50, and GASGAS MC 50 2-stroke motorcycles equipped with the VHM AA33114 cylinder head.<\/p>\n

Compared with the standard AE32170-E 4.20cc VHM insert<\/strong>, the smaller 4.00cc combustion chamber increases compression and shifts the engine character toward stronger low- and mid-range torque. This provides quicker acceleration, more immediate throttle response, and stronger drive when exiting corners.<\/p>\n

This torque-focused setup is especially well suited to deep sand tracks and other conditions where strong bottom-end response helps maintain momentum<\/strong>. The trade-off is reduced top-speed and over-rev potential compared with the standard or larger-volume chamber configurations.<\/p>\n

The insert features a 4.00cc combustion chamber volume<\/strong>, +2.45 mm piston height<\/strong>, 0.60 mm squish<\/strong>, a dome piston crown profile<\/strong>, and a \u00d839.50 mm bore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

VHM\u2019s interchangeable combustion chamber system allows the insert to be changed quickly without replacing the complete cylinder head, making it easier to adapt engine characteristics to different track conditions and performance requirements.<\/p>\n

Because this insert increases compression, use of high-quality fuel with suitable detonation resistance<\/strong> is recommended.<\/p>\n

The AE32170-C is precision-designed for the VHM AA33114 cylinder head<\/strong> and features an engraved part-number reference for easy identification during servicing and engine setup.<\/p>\n

This insert is not compatible with the OEM cylinder head and must be used with the VHM AA33114 head.<\/strong><\/p>\n
