The VHM AA33184-1 Gold Performance Cylinder Head<\/strong> is developed for Beta RR 200 2T, RR 200 2T Racing, and RR 200 2T X-PRO motorcycles, offering a race-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.<\/p>\n

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy<\/strong>, the cylinder head is engineered to provide strong and consistent engine performance under demanding enduro and off-road conditions. Its improved internal water duct promotes more efficient heat transfer, helping maintain stable engine temperatures during technical riding, long climbs, and sustained high-load operation.<\/p>\n

The VHM interchangeable insert system allows the combustion chamber to be matched to the specific engine generation and piston configuration without replacing the complete cylinder head.<\/p>\n

For RR 200 2T 2018\u20132024, RR 200 2T Racing 2021, and RR 200 2T Race 2025<\/strong>, VHM specifies the AE32293-E standard insert<\/strong>, featuring a 17.60cc combustion chamber, +1.50 mm piston height, and 1.40 mm squish.<\/p>\n

For RR 200 2T Racing 2022\u20132024 and RR 200 2T X-PRO 2025\u20132026<\/strong>, the recommended standard configuration is the AE32293-K insert<\/strong>, using a smaller combustion chamber to match the later engine configuration. VHM\u2019s 2024 catalog lists the AE32293-K at 16.00cc with +1.50 mm piston height and 1.40 mm squish.<\/p>\n

Two special insert configurations are also available for specific Racing setups. AE32293-010<\/strong> is intended for use with a modified 12\u00b0 piston, while AE32293-011<\/strong> is designed for use with an additional 0.5 mm base gasket. Current retail data lists both special inserts at 16.25cc.<\/p>\n

The head uses O-ring sealing<\/strong> for a precise and reliable cylinder head interface and is engineered to provide increased power, improved heat transfer, and greater resistance to detonation.<\/p>\n
