The VHM AA33182 Gold Performance Cylinder Head<\/strong> is developed for Beta RR 300 2T, RR 300 2T Racing, and RR 300 2T X-PRO motorcycles, providing a race-focused upgrade with improved cooling performance and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.<\/p>\n

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy<\/strong>, the head is designed to deliver strong and consistent engine performance under demanding enduro and off-road conditions. Its improved internal water duct enhances heat transfer, helping control engine temperature during technical riding, long climbs, slow-speed sections, and sustained high-load operation.<\/p>\n

The interchangeable combustion chamber system allows the cylinder head to be matched to different piston designs and engine generations. This provides greater tuning flexibility and allows the combustion chamber to be changed without replacing the complete cylinder head.<\/p>\n

For 2013\u20132017 RR 300 2T models with the \u00d872 mm flat-top piston<\/strong>, VHM specifies the AE32305-E standard insert<\/strong>. For 2018\u20132021 RR 300 2T and RR 300 2T Racing models with the \u00d872 mm dome piston<\/strong>, the recommended standard insert is AE32295-E<\/strong>. For later \u00d873 mm dome-piston applications<\/strong>, including RR 300 2T, RR 300 Racing, RR 300 X-PRO, and XTrainer 300 2T, the standard insert is AE32328-E<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The AA33182 is designed to provide increased engine power, improved thermal management, and greater resistance to detonation<\/strong> while retaining the ability to fine-tune combustion chamber characteristics.<\/p>\n

A BR8ECM short spark plug is included<\/strong> with the cylinder head. For extreme enduro use, a BR7ES spark plug<\/strong> may be used as an alternative, but it is not included.<\/p>\n

Combustion chamber inserts are not included and must be ordered separately. Always use the specified short spark plug configuration.<\/strong><\/p>\n
