The VHM AA33167 Gold Performance Cylinder Head<\/strong> is developed for KTM and Husqvarna 300cc 2-stroke motorcycles, offering a race-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.<\/p>\n

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy<\/strong>, the cylinder head is designed to deliver strong and consistent engine performance under demanding motocross and off-road conditions. Its improved internal water duct promotes more efficient heat transfer, helping maintain stable operating temperatures during sustained high-load riding.<\/p>\n

The VHM interchangeable combustion chamber system allows the head to be configured specifically for motocross or enduro applications without replacing the complete cylinder head.<\/p>\n

For KTM 300 SX and Husqvarna TC 300<\/strong> applications, VHM specifies the AE32274-B standard insert<\/strong>, featuring a 26.25cc combustion chamber volume<\/strong>, 0.00 mm piston height<\/strong>, and 1.90 mm squish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For KTM 300 EXC, 300 XC, 300 XC-W, Husqvarna TE 300, and TX 300<\/strong>, the recommended standard configuration is the AE32274-E insert<\/strong>, featuring a 27.50cc chamber volume<\/strong>, 0.00 mm piston height<\/strong>, and 1.90 mm squish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This application-specific insert system allows the same VHM cylinder head platform to support different engine characteristics while maintaining precise combustion chamber geometry.<\/p>\n

The head uses O-ring sealing<\/strong> for a reliable cylinder head interface. An M6x6 vent screw<\/strong> and BD36006 copper sealing washer<\/strong> are included and pre-installed.<\/p>\n

Finished in VHM\u2019s signature gold color<\/strong>, the AA33167 combines race-ready construction, improved cooling efficiency, and flexible engine tuning for high-performance 300cc 2-stroke applications.<\/p>\n
