The Dal Soggio SPHERE 3.0 WP 48 4CS MX Cartridge Kit is a high-performance suspension upgrade developed specifically for WP 48 4CS motocross forks fitted to compatible KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles.
Dal Soggio officially identifies SKU 1P.SPH.4CSCR3.0 as the Sphere 4CS Cross 3.0 version, designed for motocross applications within the WP 4CS fork family.
SPHERE 3.0 is the latest evolution of Dal Soggio Race’s sealed and pressurized hydraulic cartridge system, developed through extensive dyno and track testing to increase fork sensitivity, precision, hydraulic control, and rider feedback.
A key improvement is the redesigned bladder, featuring a thinner yet stronger construction. This allows the cartridge to react more sensitively while improving precision during the hydraulic bleeding process.
The redesigned compression base valve features separate High-Speed Compression and Low-Speed Compression settings. Each damping range can therefore be adjusted independently, giving suspension technicians greater freedom to tailor fork behavior to rider weight, skill level, riding style, and track conditions.
Another major development is the new 36 mm compression piston, replacing the previous 28 mm configuration. The larger piston is intended to improve the linearity of the front fork’s hydraulic response throughout the suspension stroke.
