The Dal Soggio SPHERE 3.0 WP 48 4CS Enduro Cartridge Kit is a high-performance suspension upgrade developed specifically for WP 48 4CS Enduro front forks fitted to compatible KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles.
Dal Soggio officially identifies SKU 1P.SPH.4CSEN3.0 as the Sphere 4CS EN 3.0 version, designed for Enduro applications within the WP 4CS fork family.
SPHERE 3.0 is the latest evolution of Dal Soggio Race’s sealed and pressurized hydraulic cartridge system, developed through extensive dyno and track testing to improve fork sensitivity, precision, hydraulic control, and rider feedback.
A key development is the redesigned bladder, which features a thinner yet stronger construction. This improves cartridge sensitivity and allows greater precision during hydraulic bleeding.
The redesigned compression base valve features separate High-Speed Compression and Low-Speed Compression settings, allowing each damping range to be adjusted independently according to terrain, riding style, and suspension setup.
Another major update is the new 36 mm compression piston, replacing the previous 28 mm design. The larger piston is intended to improve the linearity of the front fork’s hydraulic response throughout the suspension stroke.
SPHERE 3.0 also incorporates Dal Soggio’s Direct Flow Technology. The compression piston receives oil directly rather than through the previous Z-shaped passages, helping reduce internal hydraulic restriction and cartridge stress.

SPHERE 3.0 replaces the original internal damping arrangement with a sealed and pressurized hydraulic cartridge engineered to provide greater suspension precision and sensitivity.
