VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 50 SX, Husqvarna TC 50 & GASGAS MC 50

The VHM AA33114 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 50 SX, Husqvarna TC 50, and GASGAS MC 50 2-stroke motocross motorcycles, providing a race-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is designed to support strong and consistent engine performance under demanding youth motocross conditions. Its improved internal water duct enhances heat transfer, helping maintain more stable operating temperatures during extended high-rpm riding and race use.

The VHM interchangeable insert system allows the combustion chamber to be changed without replacing the complete cylinder head. This modular design makes combustion chamber servicing easier and provides additional tuning flexibility when adapting the engine to different fuels, track conditions, elevations, or performance requirements.

For balanced overall performance, VHM specifies the AE32170-E standard insert, featuring a 4.20cc combustion chamber volume, +2.45 mm piston height, and 0.60 mm squish.

The head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable cylinder head interface and is engineered to provide improved resistance to detonation under demanding race conditions.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33114 combines race-ready construction, efficient cooling, and interchangeable combustion chamber technology for competitive 50cc 2-stroke motocross applications.

Combustion chamber insert is not included and must be ordered separately.
