VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 300 SX, Husqvarna TX 300 & GASGAS EX 300

The VHM AA33210 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is engineered for KTM 300 SX, Husqvarna TX 300, and GASGAS EX 300 2-stroke motorcycles, offering increased tuning flexibility and optimized engine performance for demanding motocross and off-road riding.

VHM’s interchangeable combustion chamber system allows riders and engine tuners to select different insert configurations depending on fuel, track conditions, elevation, and desired engine characteristics. Instead of replacing the entire cylinder head, the combustion chamber insert can be changed to fine-tune compression and power delivery for specific riding conditions.

The cylinder head is manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy and incorporates an improved internal water duct designed to enhance heat transfer. Better thermal management helps maintain more consistent engine temperatures during hard riding and extended race conditions, supporting stable engine performance throughout the moto.

O-rings are used for cylinder head sealing, while an M6x6 vent screw and BD36006 copper sealing washer are supplied pre-installed.

For a balanced all-around setup, VHM specifies the AE32339-D standard insert. Riders looking for an alternative engine configuration can use the AE32339-012 special insert, which requires the standard cylinder base gasket together with an additional S410270006135 base gasket.

Finished in VHM’s distinctive gold color, the AA33210 combines race-focused engine performance, improved heat management, and an easily adjustable combustion chamber system for serious 300cc 2-stroke applications.

Combustion chamber inserts are not included and must be ordered separately.
