VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 300 EXC TPI, Husqvarna TE 300i & GASGAS EC 300

The VHM AA33172 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 300 EXC TPI, Husqvarna TE 300i, and GASGAS EC 300 2-stroke enduro motorcycles, offering improved thermal management and flexible combustion chamber tuning for demanding off-road use.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head features an improved internal water duct designed to enhance heat transfer and help maintain more stable engine temperatures during technical enduro riding, long climbs, slow-speed sections, and sustained high-load operation.

The key advantage of the VHM design is its interchangeable combustion chamber system. Instead of replacing the complete cylinder head, riders and engine tuners can select a specific insert according to the desired engine response, terrain, fuel, and riding conditions.

For balanced all-around performance, VHM specifies the AE32274-F standard insert, featuring a 28.50cc combustion chamber, 0.00 mm piston height, and 1.90 mm squish.

For terrain-specific setups, VHM also offers dedicated special inserts. The AE32274-031, used together with base gasket DA31247, is intended for deep-sand conditions, while AE32274-035 with the same DA31247 base gasket is designed for hard-ground riding.

The head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable cylinder head interface and is designed to deliver increased engine performance with improved resistance to detonation.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33172 combines race-proven construction, efficient cooling, and terrain-specific tuning capability for modern 300cc 2-stroke enduro applications.

Combustion chamber inserts and special-setup base gaskets are not included unless explicitly stated and must be ordered separately.
