VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 300 EXC, 300 XC-W, Husqvarna TE 300 & GASGAS EC 300

The VHM AA33215 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 300 EXC, KTM 300 XC-W, Husqvarna TE 300, and GASGAS EC 300 2-stroke enduro motorcycles.

Designed for demanding off-road and enduro use, the head combines VHM’s interchangeable combustion chamber technology with an improved internal water duct to support strong, consistent engine performance under sustained load.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head provides efficient heat transfer and durable race-ready construction. The improved cooling passage helps manage operating temperatures during technical terrain, long climbs, slow-speed enduro sections, and extended high-load riding.

The VHM interchangeable insert system allows the combustion chamber configuration to be changed without replacing the complete cylinder head. This gives riders and engine tuners the ability to tailor compression and power characteristics according to fuel, terrain, elevation, and riding conditions.

For a balanced all-around setup, VHM specifies the AE32350-E standard insert. This insert features a 27.50cc combustion chamber volume, 0.00 mm piston height, and 1.90 mm squish specification.

The head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable cylinder head interface. An M6x6 vent screw and BD36006 copper sealing washer are included and pre-installed.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33215 provides a premium combination of improved thermal management, flexible engine tuning, and performance-focused construction for modern 300cc 2-stroke enduro bikes.

Combustion chamber inserts are not included and must be ordered separately.
