VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 250 SX, Husqvarna TC 250 & GASGAS MC 250

The VHM AA33209 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 250 SX, Husqvarna TC 250, and GASGAS MC 250 2-stroke motorcycles, providing a race-focused upgrade with improved cooling efficiency and a highly flexible interchangeable combustion chamber system.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is engineered to deliver strong and consistent engine performance under demanding motocross conditions. Its improved internal water duct enhances heat transfer, helping control engine temperature during extended high-load riding and competition use.

The main advantage of the VHM system is its exchangeable combustion chamber design. Multiple insert volumes are available, allowing compression ratio and power characteristics to be matched to the fuel octane rating, piston configuration, track conditions, elevation, and rider preference.

For engines equipped with the OEM piston, VHM offers inserts ranging from 21.00cc to 23.00cc, covering fuel requirements from 110 RON down to 95 RON. The AE32337-D 21.80cc insert is the VHM standard configuration for 98–102 RON fuel. Lbproduction

For engines using the VHM 12° piston APKT25021754A1, a dedicated range of inserts is available with matching fuel requirements. The AE32337-023 21.80cc insert is the standard VHM setup for 98–102 RON fuel. This configuration allows riders and engine tuners to retain the same cylinder head while adapting combustion chamber geometry to the specific engine build. Lbproduction

The head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable cylinder head interface. An M6x6 vent screw and BD36006 copper sealing washer are included and pre-installed.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33209 combines race-focused performance, efficient thermal management, and extensive tuning flexibility for modern 250cc 2-stroke motocross applications.

Combustion chamber inserts are not included and must be ordered separately.
