VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 125 SX, Husqvarna TC 125 & GASGAS MC 125

The VHM AA33208 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 125 SX, Husqvarna TC 125, and GASGAS MC 125 2-stroke motocross motorcycles, providing a race-focused upgrade with improved cooling efficiency and extensive combustion chamber tuning capability.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is designed to deliver strong and consistent engine performance under demanding motocross conditions. Its improved internal water duct promotes more effective heat transfer, helping stabilize engine temperatures during extended high-rpm riding and race use.

The VHM interchangeable combustion chamber system allows compression characteristics to be matched to fuel octane rating, piston configuration, track conditions, and elevation. This makes it possible to fine-tune engine response without replacing the complete cylinder head.

For engines using the OEM piston, VHM offers dedicated inserts for 105, 98, and 95 RON fuel. For engines equipped with the VHM 12° piston APKT12511725A, a separate range of matching inserts is available, including an optional copper version for the 98 RON configuration.

The cylinder head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable interface. An M6x8 vent screw and BD36006 copper washer are included and pre-installed.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33208 combines race-ready construction, improved thermal management, and highly flexible engine tuning for modern 125cc 2-stroke motocross applications.

Combustion chamber inserts are not included and must be ordered separately.
