VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 112 SX, Husqvarna TC 112 & GASGAS MC 112

The VHM AA33211 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is specifically developed for KTM 112 SX, Husqvarna TC 112, and GASGAS MC 112 race builds based on the OEM Factory 105 cylinder kit 47649905044.

When combined with the VHM AK20227 or AK20227R3 stroker crankshaft, which increases stroke to 52.70 mm, the 105cc engine configuration is converted to approximately 112cc displacement. This setup is intended for high-performance Supermini and motocross applications where stronger overall power and increased displacement are required.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the AA33211 uses VHM’s proven interchangeable combustion chamber system and an improved internal water duct. The optimized coolant passage promotes better heat transfer, helping maintain more consistent engine temperatures during prolonged high-rpm race conditions.

For the recommended 112cc setup, VHM specifies the AE32341-C standard insert together with the Vertex 23879A piston. The insert system allows the combustion chamber to be serviced or changed without replacing the complete cylinder head.

When using the VHM AK20227 or AK20227R3 stroker crankshaft, modification of the piston skirt is required to provide the necessary internal clearance. VHM specifically warns against using the original 105 SX piston from the Factory Kit with the stroker configuration and instead specifies the Vertex 112 piston.

The head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable interface and is engineered to provide increased engine performance, improved heat transfer, and greater resistance to detonation.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33211 is a purpose-built cylinder head for serious 112cc 2-stroke race conversions.

Combustion chamber insert is not included and must be ordered separately.
