VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 105 SX, Husqvarna TC 105 & GASGAS MC 105

The VHM AA33224 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 105 SX, Husqvarna TC 105, and GASGAS MC 105 2-stroke motorcycles, offering a race-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is designed to deliver strong, consistent engine performance under demanding motocross conditions. Its improved internal water duct enhances heat transfer, helping maintain more stable engine temperatures throughout long motos and high-load riding.

The VHM interchangeable insert system allows the combustion chamber to be matched to the piston configuration and desired engine setup. This gives riders and engine tuners greater flexibility to adapt compression and power characteristics without replacing the complete cylinder head.

For engines using the OEM dome piston, VHM specifies the AE32363-E standard insert. For engines equipped with the VHM 12° piston APKT10521765, the correct standard insert is AE32363-026.

The cylinder head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable fit and is designed to provide improved resistance to detonation in demanding race use.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33224 combines improved cooling, flexible engine tuning, and performance-focused construction for competitive 105cc 2-stroke applications.

Combustion chamber inserts are not included and must be ordered separately.
