VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 105 SX, Husqvarna TC 105 & GASGAS MC 105

The VHM AA33177 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 105 SX, Husqvarna TC 105, and GASGAS MC 105 2-stroke motorcycles, offering a race-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is designed to support strong and consistent engine performance under demanding motocross conditions. Its improved internal water duct enhances heat transfer, helping maintain more stable operating temperatures during prolonged high-load riding.

The VHM interchangeable combustion chamber system allows the insert to be changed without replacing the complete cylinder head. For this application, VHM specifies the AE32288-C standard insert, developed for balanced overall 105cc 2-stroke performance.

The head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable cylinder head interface and is designed to provide improved resistance to detonation under race conditions.

An M6x8 vent screw and BD36006 copper sealing washer are included and pre-installed on the cylinder head.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33177 combines race-ready construction, improved cooling efficiency, and flexible combustion chamber serviceability for competitive 105cc 2-stroke motorcycles.

Combustion chamber insert is not included and must be ordered separately.
