VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for KTM 105 SX & 105 XC

The VHM AA33110 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for KTM 105 SX and KTM 105 XC 2-stroke motorcycles, providing a race-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is engineered to support strong, consistent engine performance under demanding motocross and off-road conditions. Its improved internal water duct promotes more efficient heat transfer, helping maintain stable engine temperatures during extended high-rpm and high-load operation.

The VHM interchangeable insert system allows the combustion chamber to be changed without replacing the complete cylinder head, giving riders and engine tuners greater flexibility when servicing or adjusting the engine setup.

For balanced overall performance, VHM specifies the AE32161-E standard insert, featuring a 9.40cc combustion chamber volume, +2.20 mm piston height, and 0.90 mm squish.

The cylinder head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable interface and is designed to provide improved resistance to detonation under demanding race conditions.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33110 combines race-ready construction, improved cooling efficiency, and interchangeable combustion chamber technology for KTM 105cc 2-stroke applications.

Combustion chamber insert is not included and must be ordered separately.
