VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for Kawasaki KX85

The VHM AA33151 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for Kawasaki KX85 2-stroke motorcycles, providing a race-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is designed to support strong and consistent engine performance under demanding motocross conditions. Its improved internal water duct enhances heat transfer, helping maintain more stable operating temperatures during extended high-rpm riding and race use.

The VHM interchangeable insert system allows the combustion chamber to be serviced or changed without replacing the complete cylinder head. For the Kawasaki KX85, VHM specifies the AE32240-E standard insert for balanced overall engine performance.

The cylinder head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable interface and is engineered to provide improved resistance to detonation under sustained race conditions.

The AA33151 is supplied with one O-ring, five copper washers, and five nut caps. An M6x6 vent screw with BD36006 copper sealing washer is also included and pre-installed on the head.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33151 combines race-ready construction, improved cooling performance, and interchangeable combustion chamber technology for competitive Kawasaki KX85 applications.

Combustion chamber insert is not included and must be ordered separately.
