VHM Gold Performance Cylinder Head for Beta RR 200 2T, Racing & X-PRO

The VHM AA33184-1 Gold Performance Cylinder Head is developed for Beta RR 200 2T, RR 200 2T Racing, and RR 200 2T X-PRO motorcycles, offering a race-focused upgrade with improved thermal management and interchangeable combustion chamber technology.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminum alloy, the cylinder head is engineered to provide strong and consistent engine performance under demanding enduro and off-road conditions. Its improved internal water duct promotes more efficient heat transfer, helping maintain stable engine temperatures during technical riding, long climbs, and sustained high-load operation.

The VHM interchangeable insert system allows the combustion chamber to be matched to the specific engine generation and piston configuration without replacing the complete cylinder head.

For RR 200 2T 2018–2024, RR 200 2T Racing 2021, and RR 200 2T Race 2025, VHM specifies the AE32293-E standard insert, featuring a 17.60cc combustion chamber, +1.50 mm piston height, and 1.40 mm squish.

For RR 200 2T Racing 2022–2024 and RR 200 2T X-PRO 2025–2026, the recommended standard configuration is the AE32293-K insert, using a smaller combustion chamber to match the later engine configuration. VHM’s 2024 catalog lists the AE32293-K at 16.00cc with +1.50 mm piston height and 1.40 mm squish.

Two special insert configurations are also available for specific Racing setups. AE32293-010 is intended for use with a modified 12° piston, while AE32293-011 is designed for use with an additional 0.5 mm base gasket. Current retail data lists both special inserts at 16.25cc.

The head uses O-ring sealing for a precise and reliable cylinder head interface and is engineered to provide increased power, improved heat transfer, and greater resistance to detonation.

Finished in VHM’s signature gold color, the AA33184-1 combines race-ready construction, efficient cooling, and flexible combustion chamber tuning for Beta 200cc 2-stroke enduro applications.

Combustion chamber inserts are not included and must be ordered separately.
